The Great Recombobulation

Along with the Great Resignation, we are seeing the Great Recombobulation*. We need a moment to sit, gather ourselves, and tie our shoes before the next leg of the trip we’re on. I’m facilitating retreats with teams and organizations who are wisely bringing everyone together in the Recombobulation Area: to figure out remote/hybrid work relationships, update Values and Agreements to reflect a changed world and workforce, or cope with all of the challenges to our individual and collective wellbeing.
