Our program can be described as a “coach everyone” approach in nonprofits, meaning that it’s open to all staff and offered as a part of a nonprofit’s commitment to everyone’s life and leadership development, regardless of job title. Organizationally, this leads to benefits such as expanded leadership capacity, a culture of value and belonging, increased employee retention and satisfaction, and decreased employee burnout and sick leave.
Our mission is to strengthen the nonprofit sector by supporting the people who give their heart and soul to mission-driven work, which is immensely rewarding and can be immensely challenging. We are also on a mission to expand representation in the coaching profession by supporting BIPOC, gender nonconforming, and LGBTQIA+ coaches who have graduated from ICF accredited programs on their pathway to ICF certification.
